By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

 

2. Scope of Services

 

 

High Beam Visibility provides services that may include:

 

  • Google Business Profile optimization

  • Weekly Google Business Profile updates

  • Review response management

  • Review monitoring and guidance

  • Photo and activity updates

  • Basic keyword alignment

  • Reporting and visibility tracking

  • Profile consistency checks

 

 

We work to improve visibility, engagement signals, and profile health.

 

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue increases.

 

 

 

3. No Affiliation With Google

 

 

High Beam Visibility is an independent service provider.

 

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

 

Google Business Profile policies, algorithms, and verification processes are controlled solely by Google and may change at any time.

 

 

 

4. Verification & Platform Risk

 

 

We perform all optimization activities carefully and in alignment with current public platform guidelines.

 

However:

 

  • We cannot guarantee that profile edits will not trigger verification requests.

  • We are not responsible for verification suspensions, reinstatement processes, or platform technical support decisions.

  • We are not liable for Google outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, or enforcement actions.

 

 

If a profile is suspended or requires verification, the business owner is responsible for cooperating with Google’s process. We may assist with guidance, but we do not control the outcome.

 

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

 

To perform services effectively, clients agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Maintain proper ownership access to their Google Business Profile

  • Respond promptly to verification or documentation requests

  • Not engage in spam, fake reviews, or prohibited activity

 

 

We reserve the right to terminate services if we determine a client is engaging in practices that violate platform guidelines.

 

 

 

6. Subscription & Billing

 

 

High Beam Visibility operates on a monthly subscription basis.

 

  • Payment is billed automatically on a recurring basis.

  • Promotional pricing (such as introductory offers) applies only for the stated period.

  • After the promotional period, pricing adjusts to the standard monthly rate.

  • Clients may cancel at any time before their next billing cycle.

 

 

No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

 

Because services begin immediately upon activation, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

 

 

 

8. Performance Disclaimer

 

 

Visibility and search placement are influenced by many factors including:

 

  • Competitor activity

  • Review velocity

  • Geographic location

  • Searcher behavior

  • Google algorithm updates

 

 

We aim to strengthen profile signals, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or placement positions.

 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

High Beam Visibility shall not be liable for:

 

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost leads

  • Suspension or removal of a Google Business Profile

  • Platform policy enforcement decisions

  • Third-party platform outages or changes

 

 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

 

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

 

All reporting materials, strategies, and proprietary workflows developed by High Beam Visibility remain the property of the Company.

 

Clients retain ownership of their Google Business Profile and business content.

 

 

 

11. Modifications

 

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
