Follow the steps below to get started

Setup takes 5-10 minutes. Once access is granted and all steps are complete, we are usually up and rolling within 1–2 business days.

Step 2 — Secure Access Connection

We’ll send a secure management request to the email associated with your Google Business Profile (keep an eye out for an invite from info@twofourmedia.com). Simply hit "Accept" so our team can get under the hood and start optimizing.

Step 3 — Full Diagnostic & Strategy

Our experts will tear down your current profile to find hidden opportunities. We’ll send you a custom roadmap outlining exactly what will improve your visibility—zero guesswork, just high-performance recommendations.

Step 4 — Launch & Ongoing Maintenance

Highbeam Visibility helps maintain activity on your Google Business Profile through regular updates, posts, photos, and review monitoring to support stronger visibility in Google Search and Maps. While these efforts help keep your listing active, specific ranking positions in Google cannot be guaranteed.

Business owners retain full ownership of their Google Business Profile at all times. Highbeam is added only as a manager in order to maintain and manage listing activity.

In some cases, Google may require additional verification steps such as video verification or other confirmation requests. These actions must be completed by the business owner when requested by Google.

If a review appears to violate Google’s policies, Highbeam may submit a removal request on your behalf upon request. However, review removal decisions are controlled by Google and cannot be guaranteed.

Highbeam Visibility focuses on ongoing Google Business Profile activity and management. It does not replace full SEO services, advertising campaigns, or broader marketing strategies.
